I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment for a week. The location was perfect, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including shops, restaurants , and a beautiful beach. The private parking was a bonus, and it was just a short drive to popular tourist attractions like Las Americas and Los Christiano. The apartment itself was spacious, well-maintained, and had a fantastic terrace. a great stay!

Enjoyable base for exploring La Mareta. Large bedroom and comfortable bed. Absolutely perfect, stunning setting really close to the Tejita beach as well as the supermarket. Btw, located also very close to the airport.

It was GREAT place for traveling to La Mareta, I was glad to stay there. Location was unbeatable and amazing, very close to a grocery store. Besides, it was close to the airport as well as the tourist attraction like Las Americas.

We had a really great stay in La Mareta, close enough to the shopping mall, a grocery store, and tourist attractions like Las Americas, Los Christianos, and Adeje. We appreciated that there were an electric kettle, a sofa bed, and an iron.

Another advantage was the proximity to popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

One issue I encountered was with the room selection. I had chosen a more expensive deluxe apartment, expecting better comfort and facilities, but it turned out to be the same as a normal apartment.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Las Terrazas De Sotavento. the flat was spacious and equipped with everything I needed, including a microwave and a laundry machine. the terrace was a great addition, perfect for enjoying breakfast or sunbathing. the beds were comfortable, and the pool area was clean and modern. the location was excellent, with a shopping center and supermarket nearby. the beach was within walking distance, and there were also some great restaurants in the area. I also appreciated the good communication with the owners. Cons: Couldn't fault it! 😊.

The apartment at Apartamentos Las Terrazas De Sotavento was amazing! The terrace had breathtaking sea views that made me feel so relaxed and at peace. The seating area was cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day. And the fully equipped kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own meals, making me feel right at home. As a disabled guest, I truly appreciated their thoughtful accommodations.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the stovetop in the apartment. It didn't suit my cooking preferences.

Great location with a nearby supermarket and beach. The apartment was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing Easter getaway. The convenience of having a well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. the presence of a reliable Wi-Fi connection was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

The absence of air conditioning was a major drawback. We experienced some hot days and nights, making it difficult to sleep without proper ventilation.
